here have been many cruel tortures created by humans in this era and many exclusive punishments that have been reserved for women alone. Instead of punishing women with death medieval times created several forms of cruel torture just for women.

Let’s explore the most gruesome and cruel punishments against women in human history.

This was another penalty that was applied in Chinese feudal dynasties which lasted until the end of the Qing dynasty which was the 19th century. This was one of the most popular and commonly used torture instruments for women during this period.

The woman who was suspected of adultery was forced to put her fingers into a specialized tool for torture. This device was designed to squeeze the victim’s fingertip. This would result in many victims fainting and then they would be flushed with cold water to wake them up and force them to suffer.

This was also used in medieval European countries and it was known as the handgrip. This was designed in all sizes to crush all parts of the female body which included the head, hands, and feet of the offender.

This is another terrible feudal punishment that was designed for women who were convicted of adultery or disobeying the orders of the kings. The women were stripped naked and beaten with whips made from beef tendons.

Python swallows woman at plantation in Indonesia

A woman was found dead in the stomach of a 7-metre python at a rubber plantation where she worked in Indonesia, according to local reports. The woman, identified as Jahrah, 54, went to work on the plantation in Jambi province, on the island of Sumatra, on Sunday morning and her husband reported her missing when she did not return home that evening. Searching for her on Sunday night, her husband discovered her sandals, headscarf, jacket and the tools she used at work, and called for others to help, police told local media.
