Mum gives birth to baby with two heads and four arms in conjoined twins case
mum has given birth to conjoined twins with two heads, four arms and two legs.
The siblings appeared to look like one baby from the torso down, but due to the rare medical condition, they each have their own two arms, necks, and head.
The babies' mother, who has not been named, was aware that she was expecting conjoined twins.
They were delivered with a caesarean section after a conventional nine-month pregnancy at Mansoura University Hospital in Egypt, and then swiftly transferred to a specialist children's hospital.
The gender of the siblings has not yet been revealed.
It is unlikely that the siblings will ever be separated as they share too many organs through the abdomen and chest and would not be able to survive alone.
